it's real alright...
....This place has better ones for specific applications: http://www.phearable.net/usdmchipkit.html
It works too. And it's not one of those IAT sensor resistors. It consists on two chips logic and non-logic, some wire, a resistor, and a capacitor(s).

I should clarify, don't get the ones on eBay simply because eBay can be sketchy. I suggest getting one from pherable because I have a friend that has his installed and he loves it. I'm just waiting on some free time to install mine. The only downside is that you have to use midgrade fuel (89 octane) instead of the regular (87 octane).
yea its real i have one for a "pre-tune" on my boosted car and it running perfect air to fuel ratios. i didnt hook up some cheapy "light show" air to fuel gauge i used a wideband to see what it was running and it was perfect. they arent just some cheap thingoff ebay that you splice in here and there and its gonna add like 25 horse. its something that you have to solder into the ecu. it would be for people that have like mild motor work and dont wanna run lean to get to the tuners and blow their motor but i have a friend that has done this and hes been running round on it for like a year and nothing has gone wrong or anything. you would be better off going to phearable.net and ordering one for your set-up.
