sometimes when i'm about to start my car, as i turn the key to start it, it doesn't start and just makes that noise before it actually starts. if i hold it down longer, it works. what's wearing out/not workin well?

possibly starter, maybe spark plugs r worn, dizzy, can be a few things, have the fuel pressure checked, change ur cap n rotor, fuel filter, and if its a weird noise chanced r could be the starter
