Cut springs isnt funny to me because out of the 10 civics in my town that people think look good because they are lowered ALL have chopped springs. Once I tried to argue the fact that its bad for the struts and every single one of them are brainwashed. They all think its perfectly fine. That if you dont go too far, it will last forever. I gave up a looooooong time ago.

 

I WAS just like them Lewy2k. I soon changed my mind after I went through a set of new tires in 3 months. Also, now the back right of the suspension is effed up.

 

Its ridiculous. I want them to tell me how in one way what so ever is it proper for the springs to be reduced in length, when they are designed and calculated by engineers to be most efficient for the car from the factory the way they are.
