Default turbo tuning solution

I've got a 06 lx civic auto. What tuning solutions are available if I add turbo? I've only seen recommendations for manual trans tuning.

I honestly doubt the OEM AT will be able to hold much more than 50whp over stock before starting to fail prematurely. As far as tuning for an AT trans, wouldn't it be about the same? Maybe someone else can shed some light on this for us.
