Does the VTEC Controller really do that much for your car?? and if so what exactly will it do for me? and is it worth the money?

its for vtec, if you had vtec you would already have the controller

I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX 2door with a 1.7Liter V-TEC engine, the contoller is about 300 bucks and i just wanna make sure its something worth the money

not unless you got some kind of fuel managment and enough mods for it to matter. Personally I don't feel they are worth it unless you did some top end work; cam, valvetrain, port/polish.

if im not mistaken isnt the VAFC2 considered a piggyback fuel mangement? i could be wrong though
