Default who to program?

I have a 1990 civic DX 4 door, I looking to install a CAI and a complete exhaust system, header, high flow cat, and a cat back system.

first off do I NEED to have my ECU obd0 reprogramed?
second, who dose the best job?

I looked at what JET had and basically I send them my ECU, tell them what mods I have done, and they either reprogram, or replace my chip. 335$

The thing Im mostly looking for is MPG, this is my commuter car, 90% highway soo just looking for more miles

thanks guys!

Why did you feel it was necessary to make a new thread?

phearable.net go there. email them. get answers. obd0 is greek to me. my rex is obd0. i would suggest converting your sedan to obd1. there are more tuning options.

dont waste your time trying to tune your ecu, the cost/performance ratio isnt good. your car is stock. add that stuff isnt gonna make a huge difference. jet doesnt have a good rep from my jeep forum so i wouldnt use them.
