Default Will I need some kinda fuel management?

I know fuel management is important... but the mods i wanna do seem pretty small... what should I do (for better fuel flow, if you guys say that I need it) if I get the following mods:

Megan header w/ full 2.25 exhaust, high flow cat, resonator and megan cat back
skunk 2 intake, holley TB, ebay SRI
AEM fuel rail
platinum plugs w/ wires
skunk 2 cam(not sure of the brand yet, but VERY street friendly)

Do I need some kinda fuel management? Should I invest in some kinda chip?

I know this is a vague question... but im new to the scene and dont know anything about fuel managment. Also-I don't plan on any drag racing... I just want a little extra power for my daily driver. And this is for a 98 EX sedan with a slushbox.

Thanks everyone!

Everyone can benefit from tuning, but with those mods it's not a "must have." An adjustable fpr and gauge would be a bare minimum and would at least give you some control.
