Question 86 crx si dohc sohc?

i bought this car for $200, the final drive was replaced so the car does (1st-60@6400 / 2nd-91@6400 / 3rd-105@4500) but the ew4 doesnt have the power to pull throught the rest of the gears. what sould i do? is there a b series that has gearing like this and would it be benificial to do a swap like that when i can just drop in a d16z6?
