Hello I am very new to the whole swap thing on these cars I have a 89 crx with a d16y8 out of a 96 ex civic I am running a pr4 computer but the car keeps cutting out badly below 3k rpms above that the car pulls very well and very smooth any suggestions??

 

is your oxygen sensor connected properly??

 

Where exactly is that located at on there?

 

02 sensor is on the exhaust but if its cutting out at low rpms there could be a few issues air/fuel mix, and i don't know if it has a timing chain but if it does it could be off a tooth or 2. but a faulty 02 sensor should allow it to run with a check engine light on and the computer go back to its base programming (not use that sensor input)
