I HAVE A 1990 CIVIC hatch dx. dropped in a d16z6 and did the dual point to multipoint conversion. following link.

and the car starts up. but if i give it gas it doesnt do nothing its like if im giving it to much gas. like chokeing it.. i dnt know whatz wrong with. it. anyone got any ideas. thanks.

 

is the motor in time? it wont rev up at all?

 

are you throwing any codes? there are 2 white wires on the distributor you might want to try swapping around.
