Default Need help with B16 swap plan - UrgentT

Hello, I have a 91 Civic DX Hatch with MPFI conversion, and I am thinking of buying a European 1.6i-VT (EE8) B16A1 engine with transmission, distributor, ECU, and wiring harness, along with the intake and exhaust manifolds. It has 110,000 miles on it, and Im planning on replacing the camshaft and crankshaft seals, along with the timing belt and water pump. Also I do not have the option of buying one from the states and having it shipped because it would cost $600 for shipping. Which I cannot afford on top of the cost of an engine with 40,000 miles or less on it. I am getting the engine for about $850, that is with everything. I still need to know if I use parts from a 94 del-sol vtec, or a 99 Si? Also is this swap worth it seeing as how my situation is and the items included in the swap?

You can use parts from either car.
