i was wondering how hard it is to put a b16 type-r in a 88-91 crx. just leave any info u can.

bolt in affair with the proper mount kit. its a fairly easy swap aside wiring if converting to obd1 to run a shipped ecu. although money is better spent in the b16a instead of the b16b. dont get me wrong the b16b is a great engine but with the money saved on the b16 you can upgrade to surpass the b16b output.

There are many more cost-effective engines than the B16B. I would stay away from it unless you have a really good reason to do the swap (i.e. big sponsorship $$$, show car, etc.). Like finalimpact said, it's a great engine, but expanding it is expensive as hell (dig that CR), not to mention the price of the engine itself.
