does anyone know what motors i can do a direct swap with out changing mounts or harneses in my 95 civic lx it has the d15b7 can i use any motor from a 92-95 civic? iv been having overheating problems and iv changed everything there is including geting the head shaved and pressure tested and new radiatior so i just wanna swap the motor im sick of dumping money in this thing.

You can use almost any D15 or D16 if you only change the engine itself, i.e. the block and head assembly. Re-use your original manifolds, harnesses, and mounts.

 

the motor im getting was out of a 93 civic with an automatic and mine is a manual will that bolt up the same?
