Default 95 Coupe EX swap

alright i've got a bunch of questions...did a quick search... i got a few of my questions answered but here i go.

Right now i dont have any money to do anything to my car due to no job.. but as soon as i do get a job back up and producing some income for me im doing a swap.

i had the D16z6 right now..

::down fall its an automatic::

1. would i be better staying auto or changing to maunal?
2. WHich swaps are compatible with my car.
3. Which swap is the best?
4. Are there just engine swaps that are compataible with the 95 ex d16z6 trans?
5. Ebay has great prices for a compete swaps, would it be wise to purchase from there?

*6. With a good estimate, what gains would i see with new intake mainfold, pistons, rods, rings, and new cam shaft??????

im really new to anything engine wise so if things are comming out wrong please correct me and point me a good direction.

-JDM B16A2 complete with auto trans - ebay B16a2
-JDM B18C1 complete auto - Ebay B18c1
-JDM H22A Complete auto - Ebay H22a

Default RE: 95 Coupe EX swap

budget???Seeing as you're new i recommend that you stick with the d16z6, it gets great mileage and you could get up to 170hp out of it. You could always swap a bseries engine later. If you're going with a b-series engine id go with the b18c1, but if i were you id stick with the d16z6.

1. Convert to Manual
2. If I were you i would either choose the b18c1 or b16a2, the b18 having better torque if im not mistaken, i don't recommend the h22a
3. It's up to you, does your car have any other aftermarket mods at the moment?
4. id convert to manual at the same time you buy your engine if you're going to convert at all (save money)
5. Im iffy with ebay.....i don't think i would buy a motor off ebay, try Honda Motors Online

if you stay d-series:
Cold Air Intake
Exhaust
Header
Pistons, Rods, Rings, and New Cam..(your engine and intake are fine for now)
Auto to Manual Transmission Swap

if you go b-series:
b18c1
Cold Air Intake
Exhaust
Header
Auto to Manual Transmission Swap
