Default b18

I was wondering a boosted b18 completely built with 430hp on pump gas would last? I am looking at buying a sunday driver and the civic fits the bill. The engine with everything on it has 15000kms or 9400 miles on it. thanks

Every motor is different, but as far as lifetime of your motor goes, that mostly depends on you. Do you take proper care of your motor? Was it built professionally? Was it built for the hp its making? How do you drive your car? Is your car tuned for all this to work properly? It all comes down to you.Love your engine, it will love you back. Wondering, whats your build consist of?

Do you know the person who did the build? Reciepts? Who tuned it? Reciepts? Its hard to buy modded motors, especially so extensivley modded, and not know who did the build. Its just not real safe to buy if the guy your buying it from has no proof that any of that was purchased new or used, wether it was built correctly, and then tuned properly.

He had it built by a shop, but cant remember the shop off by hand, he has all the reciepts, and the dyno sheets where he had it tuned.

Well then if the price is good, and you like the car, go for it, sounds like a monster.
