B18b questions!!!! Please help!
I'm going to buy one soon. But I need to know a few things first. And I was hoping people on here would be able to answer some of my questions.
1. My 95 civic is an auto, if I get a 5 speed, how difficult will it be to get a clutch peddle in there?
2. Obd1 or obd2? I'll want to tune it when the turbo goes on, so which is easier?
3. Axles... most motor swap kits I see do not come with them.
4. Mounts, b18b is for 96+ correct? And I have a 95, how tough will that be?

All the manual transmission parts bolt straight to an automatic chassis. You'll probably want to get the full set of manual pedals, though, since the automatic brake pedal (even if you cut it in half) is about half an inch away from the clutch pedal, which is kind of unsafe. The hardest part about putting the pedals in is wiggling your way up under the dash to bolt them in place.
Your best bet (especially if you want to tune the car) is OBD1.
For axles, stock integra axles will work. And as far as mounts go, the stock motor mounts for the b18b will work in your car. Of course, you could always get a set of aftermarket swap-specific mounts, but like I said, the stock integra mounts will work. Chassis-wise, 92-95 and 96-00 civics and 94-01 integras are extremely similar.

That helps a lot! Thank you very much, all that information will bring this project a little bit closer to being done.
I do have one last question. Because the b18b is from japan and the emissions are different, will I have to change anything to make it run in my car? (the motor does come with a jdm ecu though)

You'll need to use the ecu that comes with the engine.
Also, depending on where you live, you may or may not be able to pass emissions with the b18b. If you live in an area with only a visual inspection or no inspection at all, you should be fine. With a sniffer test, you might not be able to pass.
Of course, you can always find a USDM b18b1 from a '94-'01 Integra LS/GS/RS that should pass emissions.
