Engine may have droped two cylinders

I got a 92-25 civic. cylinders 2 and 3 are out. Need to change the motor probabl. What is the easiest and cheapest swap.

i just bought a D16 Vtec complete swap for 350 from a user on here...he is the ride of them month winner for june
