it is a little pricey but worth it because it has an lsd( which is always good if u race)
some that will be cheaper but still good are the b18c1, b16b, and b16a

yeah, and yours has 102 stock. ill give you another 10 for the mods, tops, considering the mileage.

If you're going for a turbo engine, I would go with a B18C1 (GSR) engine. It has a lower CR, so it won't require as serious of a reduction to adapt for the turbo. Basically, the only advantage the Type R engine (B18C5) has over the C1 (if you're planning to add a turbo) is the stock LSD. I wouldn't even consider a B16 for turbo applications (unless you plan to tear it down to a drag strip car). Plus, you'll probably save enough on the cost difference between the C5 and the C1 to pay for a turbo kit. Bottom line: Go for a GSR engine. You can always add an LSD later.

ummm, 92 hp if i remember correctly. get a 16v. even a d15b7 would be a big improvement. and a 16v will take to mods better than the 8. and you should be able to get a b7 for damn near free, then get an ex tranny and throw it all in there at the same time. it will make a huge difference in your car.
