Default 98 ex civic engine swap. need info!

i need some info on engine swap for my car.. what would be the best bang for my buck.. i have a 98 ex 5spd with cold air intake and a catback exhaust system but i need to swap the engine soon.. help!

Hey wuts up man, u can go with a b-seiers engine..those r nice!..thas wut im gettin for car!...you can go with a B18c1(GSR) which is good to turbo out!....but if u wanna go with something with high compression but has for HP. b18c5(type-r). or if u wanna spend some money u can go with a K20(RSX) which is gonna cost u alot more than jus doin a regualr b-series swap!

Best bang for the buck in my opinion is a b18b, then turbo. You can do it for about the same price as a gsr swap. Can easily get you into the 225-250whp range for about $3500.

would it just be cheaper to get a integra gsr engine from a junk yard or would that be a bad idea...

well..if its in the junk yard it would be for a reason!..but hey u never know ur gonna need a complete changeover kit though!

I doubt there's much difference between JDM and USDM junkyards.

hey when your looking at an engine clip what exactly does LSD mean or stand for?

doesnt it make the wheels spin at the same exact time ... so its not like one spins before the other one?
