okay, so it's actually a D15Z1 into a DX, i'd need an ECU, the Transmission, and the wiring harness??

would i need a new distributor cap or anything else?
because the guy before me just replaced that...

May i ask why you want to drop a Z1 into your car? i am pretty sure your car is OBD2 and the Z1 is OBD1, soo... you would need to convert your car to OBD1 for it to work... and FYI the 96-00 equivialant of a Vx is the Hx i am pretty sure

yeah but the Z1 gets better mileage, and i can get an engine with 50k for 400 bucks, where as with the hx i'd have to get one from a junkyard and pay like 600 for one with like 90 k or something
