best b-series for my application?

best b-series for my application?
I have a 2000 civic SI that has a b18c in it and needs to be rebuilt/replaced, would it be best just to replace it with another b18c? or get the whole b18c, tranny, ecu deal?
And anybody have good websites that will ship these engines in the midwest?
