A pipe is a pipe. The filter is really what counts the most. I would suggest to get an ebay kit, ditch the filter and pick up an AEM dryflow filter.

Of course, the AEM pipe will look better than a standard ebay pipe, but that is all a matter of preference.

Plus, if you reside in CA, you MUST get parts which are C.A.R.B. (not ebay pipes)

I had a SRI and a CAI on the same car with same motor all that changes was the intake. I like the CAI much better. It dropped intake temp by 5 degrees and felt better in the top end. I saw the 5 degree intake temp drop using an OBD2 scanner to watch the AIT sensor. Cooler air is more dense and than means more air intake the motor= more hp.
