ek gsr swap

The inserts are made specifically for this, so I would imagine they would be better than filling them with window weld. You can buy single mounts as well. If you can afford all the mounts at once, start replacing the mounts one at a time starting with the worst looking stock mount. I wouldn't cheap out on something that holds your motor in place. Ive always had Hasports and like them, but Innovative makes fantastic products as well.

Hasport is the only engine mount company I plan on going with ever again. I had so many problems with my H22 swap mounts from Innovative. They came in a box, and that's it (after being jerked around by their customer service multiple times), lets say I wasn't happy. Used the mounts for the time being since that was all I had.
Towed my car to a shop for wiring work, and just had all kinds of fitment problems once they got the car on the dyno in regards to axles binding, etc etc etc. I even had to buy a special alternator relocation kit since the H22 alternator was hitting my headlight with the Innovatives.
The shop highly recommended Hasports, and at that point, I just wanted my car back and said "fine, go for it". They installed the mounts, and basically zero axle bind now (axle bind is common for a straight H22 swap into an EK). Also, the Hasports sat the motor correctly, so I technically didn't need the alternator kit I paid $150 for either. The Hasports came with their own rear T bracket for the swap (awesome IMO). Lastly, The Hasports came with a COMPLETE install guide showing you everything you needed to install the H22 into the car. Remember, the Innovative kit did not come with anything. I wish I started my project with buying those mounts. It would have saved me ALOT of headaches.
Hands down, Hasport is the way to go if you go aftermarket. /story (from my experiences at least)
