Default I need some info.

I was wondering what you guys think about swapping out my D16Y5 for a K20A2? I want more but i want to stay street legal and with the engine swap I want to swap the trans to a six speed. I'm open to any opinions or ideas.

This is coming from a n00b kid in highschool so take this how you wish, but IMO i don't think it's worth it. Don't get me wrong k series are definitely powerful motors n stuff, superior to b series but it seems to be too much of a hassle and costs alot of money ... Id just get a jdm b18c or go bigger and get the type r but thats just me. Now, if time and money aren't really big factors then I'd definitely go for the k series. In the end though it all really depends on what your goals are and how much your willing to spend.

I think it is good. Not sure what your question is.

EDIT - Moved to the appropriate "swap" section.

K swap's can get pricey and in the end can cost as much as a J Swap. Really it all boils down to your budget. What budget are you trying to stay in?
