Whats up all , i have a question, i have a 96 ex with a blown motor, i recived at free d15b obd1 motor , what do i need to do to get this to work in my ride.... I want to use the obd2 harness , so i got a skunk 2 obd2 to obd1 harness, and an chiped obd1 ecu, i no i need to do some other things, what exactly do i need to do? I dont care about the legal ness as much , there not big on forecing it over here...

you need to do just a couple things

Take the internals out of the obd2 dizzy and put them inside the obd1 dizzy so your harness dizzy plug will work. Other than that I think your good. I put a JDM D15B in my 98 sedan lx and am now putting it in my 96 hatch.

is that all that needs to be done? WHat about for a non-vtec car? Can I wire vtec to a throttle switch?
