hi guys just new here in this club and hoping you can give me some advice and some answer to my question.
anyway im planning to have a engine swap i have a 97 civic coupe ex and planning to put in a integra 93 rs engine.
do you think it will fit coz actually i dont have any idea on this one.If this will work what else do i have to change???Is my EX computer box will work on this engine how about the wiring what do i have to modify???

Is the tranny a cable tranny?

I think it is and it wont work with your car.


I newer Integra should slide right in though.

the 93 came with a cable clutch tranny, but if it has a hydraulic one, it can work. you would be happier with at least a 94 and up though. it would be easier, and have more power.

 

yeah i know that its going 2 be much better to get a 94 and up but here in aruba we only have limited resouces regarding about honda and acura and 2nd the engine cost notting coz i got the whole car (its reck)for $400 and the guy who owns it told me before that he just change his clucth master cylinder coz it leaks so im pretty sure that its a hydralic. by the way what is the prob if for example it is a cable why it wont gonna fit???(but 100% sure its hydralic)sorry guys really dont know anything with engine thanks for your time........
