Hey all i am swapping out my d15 1.5 sohc non v-tech for a 1.6 sohc v-tech. I have the d-16 out and lying on a motor cart tray thing. What should i do to the motor before i put it in. Like internals pistons, port and polish stuff like that (stuff i dont need to take the motor out to do)

O man. Youve go the advantage. I think you should boost it. It would be hella easier to put on a super charger than a turbo while the engine is out of its stable. You could also possibly do ITB's but you wouldnt be able to have the blower. The ITB'S would make that thing sound like an LS1 though.

Might as well also go with Crower cams, rods and pistons. Build the bottom end too. [8D]
