For an Automatic to Manual Swap after talking to BlackTrax Performance in Milpitas, CA you will need to obtain the whole clutch pedal assembly and master cylinder and change the brake pedal. The original brake mounting and brake booster will stay. The Hasport parts list says is that you can use a RSX clutch line. BlackTrax said that they had a custom line made. I do not know if they knew the RSX line would work or not.

I have looked at so much on the internet lately I cant remember where I saw it but supposedly you can swap some of the RSX suspension parts and axles and run 5 lug wheels. If I find it I will post it.
