2007 Civic 80,000 miles. In slow acceleration very noticeable hesitation (jerking) especially around 15 - 18 mph (hot or cold). Vibration felt at higher speeds. Thought vibration was a wheel balance issue just had new tires installed. Had rebalanced at different tire store, still vibration. Changed plugs, air filter, cleaned throttle body with Sea Foam, added injector cleaner, still hesitation. Took car to mechanic, placed on computer, no codes. No engine light. Put on more sophisticated computer checked settings and everything is in spec, sensors good. Tried higher octane fuel still does not help. At idle without AC on runs smooth, with AC on the idle drops and will run a little rough. Any ideas?
