cool...i think im leaning towards the B20 vtec...i have a friend who has a prelude with that one in it and boy does that zip! hes got it supercharged and pulls like 9 pounds of boost...and hes pulled better!
prty awesome...ok, so for now, id like to replace the exhaust fromthe catalytic converter back..what would u suggest? somethin that i can just use when i swap the engine and transmission...id like dual tips, but idk it thats realistic with my car

So you are saying your buddy has a b20vtec prelude? That isn't too common (well, at least I can't ever remember seeing that done). He most likely has an H22.

You could put dual tips on. Kinda ricey IMO, but hey, you do what you want with it. And if you installed them now, you can definitely re-use the cat-back exhaust set-up with the new motor.

cool..yea, well i thought he had a b20 idk maybe im wrong...
but cool, if prly do the dual tips then...and then when i make it fast it'll fit the car lol

I think the only way a dual exhaust will look good on a Civic is if you make a cutout on the other side of the bumper that looks exactly like the cutout on the opposite side. Also, don't use canister mufflers (coffee can looking ones). Use the oval kind, maybe some universal A'PEXi WS2 mufflers.

yea....ur prly right, im getting a body kit eventually, i can just get a bumper with two cutouts on either side already

The only way dual exhaust will look good is if you do it so simple to the point that it looks like Honda installed it themselves.
