I got stock 92 B18A1 in my 89 civic and the thing has a GOD DAMN ANNOYING SQUEAK when I hold the intake open at the right angle. It only does it when driving. I can get it to do it every once in a while when its parked but only for a second. I can do it down the road for over a minute if I didn't keep picking up speed. Any tips? I was thinking about lightly sanding all the edges on the butterfly plate to see if that is the issue?

 

Please anybody I would really appreciate any ideas
