b18c1 crank and rods in a b20b block?

Default b18c1 crank and rods in a b20b block?

is it possible to swap a b18c1 crank and rods into a b20b block? thank you

Yes and that is the start of a correctly built CR/VTEC, I suggest B16 internals though because the shorter stroke coupled with the extra displacement will make a all motor moster if the correct parts are used outside of the engine like good fuel management, suspension upgrades, drive terrain upgrades, and a good set of ITB's. You would be well into the mid to upper 200's on whp if tuned correctly if not more

im gonna boost, so would the c1 crank be worse then the 16 crank?

Lord no, make sure to plumb the b20 block for vtec. Google "CR/VTEC"

I read an artical about a guy who did this and there was a lot of custom parts that had to be made in order to get the vtec to work. If your boosting it i really dont see the point in doing this, unless your going for a strict drag car. A turboed B18 is surely all your ever going to need?!!

Turbo B18c1 hasnt been around in awhile, but form what I remember of him, he builds some pretty serious cars.
