They arent on the tb they are on the back of the intake manifold, and he's wanting to put a 6th gen intake manifold on his 5th gen,

IACV is on the back of the manifold, FITV is on the throttle body.

i just wanted you to post a pic so i can circle stuff and explain that the iacv is on the back of the intake manifold not the tb, and the y8 intake manifold doesnt have the iacv needed only the manual one does.

Ah, that piece of garbage... yes, yer right... I think. Been at least three years since I held a D series manifold in my hands.

 

yeah your right i dont have that on my y8. so what should i do? jus find a manual im.

 

There are ways to make it work, but it's cheaper to find the right one to begin with...

 

just get a z6 intake manifold and call it a day,
