BOttom end swap!?

BOttom end swap!?
Ive got a b16a2 motor (EG6, UK)
im wanting to swap the bottom end and keep the b16 top head.
Im hoping to get a B18C6 BOTTOM end, as you guys can see this is from a UK teg , will this be a STRAIGHT SWAP???
the question i would like to ask is would a B18C (Jap) also be a straight swap or would i need to make oil lines? if yes how difficult are these to do?
If i do decide to go ahead with this little conversion, would i need to change anything else on my current head that may cause damage? for example, springs/retainers, valves, piston or anythig else?
would be very very grateful for any advice on this in genral, if it is somethig you would do ?, commen faults etc or any comments that will help me
thanks very much guys!!

RE: BOttom end swap!?
yup its actually better if you put a b16 head on a b18 block because b16 heads have more compression and are the best heads out of all the b-series motors well to my opinion just make sure you replace the gaskets and all that good stuff
