OK so here is an update on the situation.

I couldn't fix the problem on my own, so i took it to a shop today.
They tell me that one or more of the cylinders is misfiring. Which makes since because thats how it feels.

spark plugs are good
Fuel filter is new
Air intake filter is new

What is causing this to happen?

Might be a bad coil(s), bad fuel injector(s), or low compression in a cylinder(s).

They are going to check the compression tomorrow, doing a leak down test.

But I'm thinking you are right abut the coils.

Do you know about how much that will be to replace?

Another update.

Did a compression check. Compression is perfect. SO rule that out.

He did however tell me that something on the fuel injectors is popping out. I didn't fully understand what he was talking about. But he said that could possibly be what was making it misfire.

Can someone explain to me what would be popping out on the fuel injector?

I figured out the problem finally!

I had a wiring issue, and also a boost leak. Those two things together were making the car run like CRAP!!! But now she is all better and running smooth.

=) thanks for all the input.
