Default CRX Vs. 240SX

I had a customer come in today as we were checking out my CRX Si and he asked about the car and we chit chatted and he is all of a sudden asking about building an import. Well he hints around about the import industry and then leaves me with this question which I am gonna ask for your help....... Which would be quicker and better for racing? 88-91 CRX with the H22 or a early 90's 240SX fastback with the sr20 or whatever that motor is? Thanks for your help.

I think you have more options with the CRX, but the 240 is a rwd platform.

I still say CRX. Of course I know diddly about Nissan except they get pwned on the AutoX track around here.

Definitely the 240 SX. The tranny and driveline can easily handle 400 whp, and with an SR20 swap, you can hit 300 whp with a turbo upgrade and simple bolt-ons (we're talking under $2,000).
