Default Cylinder 2 not firing

So after replacing the all metal head gasket, cylinder 2 is not firing. I swap plugs and wires and I'm only running on 3 cylinders.

Pressure testing, I'm getting 180, 150, 170, 180 psi in each cylinder. I'm thinking it's either the distributor or cylinder 2 is getting tons of oil in it. Pulling the plug on cylinder 2 I'm getting spark just as bright on the other cylinders.

I'd rather not spend money on a distributor without knowing that's the problem. Any thoughts?

Whats the best way to see if fuel is getting into a cylinder?

Turned out it was a bad fuel injector on cylinder #2. I took the old one out, put a couple of drops of sea foam in the top, hooked it to 12v and it didn't. Two other injectors tested the same way worked fine. One thing to note, 18 year old fuel injectors require, I mean require new o-rings. The old ones lasted 45 seconds before squirting gas everywhere. The new o-rings work much, much better.
