just a conversion to OBD1 is the way to go. Cost effective and simple.

drop in a b20 vtec or ls vtec and call it a day

And why can't Flip just take the charrge piping off the intake manifold and run it with a filter attached to the manifold? No boost even if the turbo spools...
wow good idea for real

well i dont think im gonna swap/mini-me, gonna get the compression test and then i'm REALLY thinking about piecing together my own turbo kit. Gonna take Rotos advice and leave it non-VTEC since its just another thing to worry about, and like i said earlier, if i'm boosted i'm not even gonna complain about not having VTEC
