ok so i bought a new head for my crx witch has a 92 d15b7 motor.... i thought the head was for a d15b7but aperently not... i just need to kno if it will work for my motor.... they say its out of a 4 door civic 1.5L... the head is a vtec (old head is non-vtec)..the new head is stamp with numbers P08-6 right below the valve cover lip and by the coolant neck is stamped...............B311030422

what im wanting to kno is will my gasket set for a d15b7 work to put this head on..

with the new head being vtec i will need an ecu for it...will the car run with out hooking up the vtec for now?

please resond fast i need to kno so i can start putting the car back together! thanks for any replys

 

the vin for the new head is JHMEH969XRS006090...
does this mean its a 1.6L head?
