Go buy a Helms or Haynes manual. Study study study on the net. Can I ask why your going with the B7?

ya i guess thats not a bad reason. Better to have a D15B7 rod sitting at the bottom of your oil pan then a GSR or K20 rod right. What are your plans for the motor?

topline or felpro make good complete gasket kits or just oem gaskets from the dealer but that will get pricy

I will probably just rebuild it and Sell it, or Rebuild it and use it for 100k+ miles just to say i did it on my own rebuild.

Pricey isnt a big deal when it comes to my engines compression, Might as well pay now then keep on paying later.

You can go on eBay and find tear down and build up videos for SOHC VTEC engines.

Might be worth it in the long run, but really.. I want to figure this one out hands on. The rebuilding up I can always ask my dad or something..
