my d16y8 recently locked the oil pump up and spun a bearing, and i ordered me a d15b jdm complete swap 92-95...currently being shipped, i've heard that a american ecu will not run a jdm motor but, i'm going to switch it all over, i'm taking my obd2 wiring harness, alternator, distributor, intake manifold and sensors, and swapping them all over to the d15b, so basicly just going to be the long block d15b with all my y8 bolt ons, will my y8 ecu work for that? thanks
