i've been looking around alittle at throttle body spacers and all that fun jazz for the d17and found a few prospects but so far spacers are getting mixed opinions and idk if the edelbrock one will fit. Lemme know what ya all think and which u think is best.

also i am getting headers. What is the best gains wise for the d17? And whats the story on Underdrive Pulleys? Good or not? And does it cause any problemssince its larger?

 

I have the third down the HELIX spacer, i currently have i/h/e with the spacer and once i put the spacer in i noticed a little bit of gains which is nice

 

would you say its worth the $95 then?

 

no. you get minimal gains maybe up to 10 ft./lbs of tourque and a couple miles more per gallon (maybe one or two) and about 5-10 whp not a huge difference. sometimes they will take away from your car

 

Well that doesn't sound too great then. Does anybody know if that edelbrock TB will fit with the universal adapter they sell?
