Default DENSO Irridium Plugs?

While I save for my k20a I am just going to make the best of my stock engine. Is there anyone who knows anything about irridium plugs by Denso? Performance gains? Gas mileage? I am still running off my stock plugs, but is it worth switching? Thanks guys

I would say leave the denso irridium plugs for now, they wont do much on a stock engine. You only see big gains on racing engines.

^ +1. get a set of NGK coppers or even Bosch platinum if you really want to replace your sparks, but irridium plugs are normally very expensive.

-1 for platinums. I won't touch platinums with a ten foot pole.

i had iridiums on my civic when it had the d15, i loved them they ran a bit smoother and most newer cars come equipped with platnum plugs already, and iridium is the step up from those. also iridium plugs last a lot longer.

SO for the NGK coppers, what kind of place sells them? Do they come gapped and ready to install? How much should I be looking to spend on them?
