what advantages/disadvantages would it give me? is there anything better that is just as cheap? while im at it.. is there any other good mods that are fairly cheap besides exhaust/intake for a d16y8?

Most autoparts stores should carry them. Do you have a NAPA nearby? You can also order them direct from ngk.com
