Default engine miss fire??

i recently had a b16a2 conversion done on my 92 civic. i got it back 2 weeks ago and three days ago i got new spark plugs for it. BOSCH super 4's performance plugs. i was told by a machanic only to put NGK in vtech's. i didnt listen to him - i should have. but yesterday my car starts to missfire after about 15 minutes of driving. its getting worse. can anyone tell me if this would be related to me putting new plugs in.

Umm... I know some mechanics are full of poo, but if Honda says put NGK in there- guess what I'm putting in my car?

Why dont' you just put some NGK's in there and see before you blow your new swap up?

the Bosch plugs i got are designed for my engine. so i dont think they will make it blow up, or else they wouldnt make bosch plugs for it. im gonna go home tonight and put the NGK's back in, hopefully that was the reason it was miss firing.

it only happens when im crusing, if i punch it and give it some gas then its fine.
