Default D16Y8 Miss Fire

hey guys i have a cylinder 1 missfire code. i have changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor. tested injectors. tested compression and these where my readings.
cyl#1=105
cyl#2=150
cyl#3=60
cyl#4=190

i am feeling like its the head that needs to be changes. could timing be an issue that would cause this? any help is appreciated.

There is definitely a problem there. That's a major difference in compression across all 4 cylinders. Do a leakdown test. If the compression numbers improve, that tells us it's probably in the block. If there's no change, it could indicate the problem is in the head, maybe with the valves.

How do the plugs look? Oily? Does it blow blue smoke when you floor it? That would suggest the rings are shot and you are not going to get much improvement without replacing the engine.

The plugs look ok. I dont have much expirence with them but they are mostly white in color, not burned or anything. And no the car does not smoke at all. I was not able to get the crank pulley off yesterday, towing the car to a friends house today and hopefully we will be able to get it off. This is becoming a huge problem. There has to be some trick to getting the damn crank bolt out!!!

Edit.... There is a trick to getting the bolt out, had to remove dust shield on bottom or tranny and wedge a screwdriver into the flywheel then took a breaker bar with a 4 foot cheater bar and 3 people lol, i dont think that was OEM torque specs on that bolt.

I changed timing belt today, and car is still having issues, we checked and double checked the timing, and it still has a hesitation when you take off from a dead stop, it sputters sometimes when accelerating in 1st gear, and when you sitting at idle its down to like 500rpm.... Someone please help!!!!!
