Can a integra gsr engine work with the 2000 si tranny without modifications?

it should work. all b-series engines have the same bolt paterns.

not ALL b-series parts.

but for the tranny question yes it will work. i have a GSR motor in my 99si and its got a B16 trans

where did you get your engine and did it come withe the harness. Not sure if i can run the same harness and just switch the engine.

i jus used the stock 99 si harness. i had to make some very minor modifications.. like extending a plug or 2 but not much.
