Intake mani and TB won't be worth the price imo. Notice I didn't even list it in the above list.

would I need a dif belt for the pulleys?
Would a limited slip differential be that beneficial for the engine I got?

I'm sorry I didn't get to respond earlier.
Camshafts, or camshaft if you only have one, is commonly refered to as "cams" or "cam." A cam gear is something entirely different. You only have one cam btw, so disregard drbyers there (he's confused and listed B-series camshafts).
As for TB, won't hardly make a difference at all. I'd leave it stock.
Not sure about the belts, contact the manufacturer.
LSDs are awesome. As Marty once put it, "once you drive with one you'll wonder how you ever drove without it."
A tune is adjusting computer based fuel and ignition data. When an engine's configuration is changed too greatly, the stock ECU must be recalibrated to accommodate the changes. This task remains much a mystery to me, so all I can tell recommend to you is have a professional do it. Look into NepTune, Crome, or Hondata for this.

B16 isnt THAT much better than the Y8. For the $ youd spend on a B16 swap you could lightly boost the Y8 and make more power than a I H E B16.

I have given thought to changing/or recalibrating my ECU but I'm worried about what kind of mpg I would get after....I mean I know that if you want more power thats the trade off you get. But with my car only haveing a 10 gal tank, I would be haveing to fill my tank every other day. Correct me if I'm wrong would it still get over 25 mpg? The whole comp chip thing is still confusing to me seems like the more I look into it the more confusing it gets....

If tuned properly you'll still get great gas mileage. A good starting point: http://www.phearable.net/tech/efibeginnerguide.html
Your car has a 13 gallon tank, btw. (Don't push it that far between fills though, it's hard on your fuel filter. I fill at 8.XX)
