GSR crank in LS?

RE: GSR crank in LS?
not sure if this helps, I'm doin the ls/vtec. i read the crank in the ls is a strong point. But that if doin a turbo setup u need to add the crank girdle.
I found one on ebay but it was for aB17 GSR, it will fit a b18 but.....
When adding the gridle it will be necessary to use different ARP journal bolts. I am uncertain where to obtain these, my machine shop is looking for them. I looked at ARP website but wasn't able to locate them in the catalog.
But for sure i've read high things about the ls crank, make sure it is turned and if u want have the edges knifed and new bearings of course!

RE: GSR crank in LS?
even if you pick up a gsr crank it needs to be polished and turned before putting it in, unless it is completely new. I would also imagine that using the GSR crank would neccesaite using the GSR connecting rods, caps, ect.to ensure proper fit? Not 100%, anyone correct me?
