it'l be worth it...be a pretty good power boost from your old motor...but its got 70k its nothin on a honda but i say wait and geta newer h22...there nasty and if you dropped one of those into your civic itd be really fast..but you also might need some minor modifications to the engine bay..i wanted to do this swap into my 96ex and ive heard some things have to be done in order for it to fit but hey its your car you decide
